You set the interruptible floor (often near power). We keep the on-demand ask moving with the market and never price below your floor.

Maintenance windows, no surprise unlists mid-contract, verification chase, and alerts when a node drops off the marketplace.

The same Console setup, in order. Click through the screens. This is example data — not your fleet, and not a form that saves a Vast key.

Create a key in Vast (Keys → +New) and name it Fillrate API Key. On the Standard tab, leave Require 2FA off and set this grid. Paste once after signup. Saving a verified key starts the 7-day trial. We store it encrypted and only show last 4. Revoke anytime. Not collected on this page.

Ops only act on machines marked Managed. New machines default off. Unmanaged rows stay on the board. Bare metal sits beside Managed: Enabled, Disabled, or Needs setup.

Floors
You set these floors. On-demand price floor is the host-listed ask. Interruptible min bid is often near power. We never price below them. Host-listed Vast units, not renter-facing search prices. Upload, download, and storage default to typical host market.

Nothing to set up here. You can turn on bare-metal for any machine later from its Host access panel on the board. No card or server login needed now.

Who this is for
Enough GPUs that occupancy and pricing matter — home lab through colo. Fillrate is the desk, not a staffed 24/7 NOC.
- FitHome lab, colo, or racked machines. Idle hours and ask price actually move the number. Larger fleets that still need marketplace ops are in range.
- FitYou will grant a Vast API key, and remote host access when the work needs it. You keep the payout account.
- NotA single hobby card with no revenue to care about. Anyone who wants live jobs kicked. Anyone who will not grant the access the desk needs.

FAQ
Do you take a cut of renter payouts?
No. You keep the payout account. Fillrate charges a flat desk fee: $10 per managed machine per month after the 7-day free trial. Optional remote bare-metal is a separate $10 add-on.
What access do you need?
A Vast API key with host permissions that you can revoke. Bare-metal add-on needs remote host access you grant — agreed maintenance, not unsolicited root, and not onsite or truck-roll work. Payouts stay on whatever Vast pays you through — Stripe, Wise, or PayPal. That account is yours and is separate from how Fillrate bills you.
Which marketplaces do you run?
The desk is built first for Vast.ai hosts — that is the marketplace we operate today. If a fleet is listed elsewhere or not listed yet, say so at intake. We do not run other marketplaces yet.
Where are the testimonials and occupancy charts?
We do not have public before/afters yet, so this site does not invent them. The homepage shows an example of the Console. Your real fleet appears after you log in and add a Vast key. A logged-in fleet is not a public case study.
Send the fleet. We will say if it fits.
A review is not a charge. If Fillrate cannot beat set-and-forget on that hardware, we will say so.
