Connect the fleet
The desk needs a Vast API key with host permissions that you can revoke. We read machines, occupancy, earnings, and listing state so we can operate the offer. You keep the payout account.
Operating sequence
Fillrate is a managed ops desk for GPU hosts. Operators follow a playbook: connect the listing, then run ask, occupancy, and reliability. Built first for Vast.ai hosts. You keep the hardware and the payout account. The rate card is a flat desk fee.
Same sequence on every fleet we take. No invented occupancy charts. No promised $/hr.

You set the interruptible floor (often near power). We keep the on-demand ask moving with the market and never price below your floor. Prices move when utilization and queue say they should. We reprice without kicking live jobs. We do not extend listing ends without your approval.
Maintenance windows instead of surprise unlists. Verification chase when a node is dragging. Alerts when a machine drops off the marketplace. Optional remote bare-metal add-on when you grant host access: drivers/CUDA, disk, OS hygiene. Remote only. No onsite. No truck rolls.
Periodic digests and reviews of occupancy, reliability, and pricing moves — not a hoped-for chart. Desk fee and optional bare-metal are the published rate card — see Pricing. This page does not invent before/afters.
After you log in and add a Vast key, this board is your fleet. The card here uses example machines and example dollars — not a client, and not a result we promise.
That is the same sequence as the playbook: connect the fleet, run the ask and the floor, then review occupancy and reliability. Your machines replace lab-a, lab-b, and lab-c after the key is saved.
lab-b stays on the board while it is not managed. Occupancy is still visible. Desk ops skip that machine until you mark it Managed.
Enabled means the add-on is on and a host key is on file. Disabled sits with Not managed. Needs setup means the add-on is on and the host key is still missing. You set that later from the machine row.
30 days is the default range. 7, 90, and 365 redraw the same example series. Nothing in the card is a measured day from a real fleet.
Listed machines, as they actually run — not a hoped-for chart.
The desk runs on an API key you can revoke. Renter payouts stay on your account. Fillrate bills separately.
Comps and occupancy, not a fixed $/hr. Live jobs stay live.
Keep the node on the market. Bare-metal is optional and remote.
Periodic digests and reviews of occupancy and reliability. The rate card is already published.

Desk fee
A per-machine desk fee. Optional remote bare-metal is a separate add-on. You keep the payout account.
Rate card
This page is the sequence, not a second rate card. Published amounts are on the Pricing page.
No. We reprice around live rentals. We do not shorten or cancel a job to chase a better price.
No. If listing ends are in play, we do not extend them without your approval.
Yes. A Vast API key for the desk. Payouts stay on whatever Vast pays you through — Stripe, Wise, or PayPal. That account is yours and is separate from how Fillrate bills you.
No. The marketplace desk runs on a Vast API key. Host access is only required if you add the remote maintenance work — drivers/CUDA, disk, OS hygiene. No onsite. No truck rolls.
The desk is built first for Vast.ai hosts — that is the marketplace we operate today. If a fleet is listed elsewhere or not listed yet, say so at intake. We do not run other marketplaces yet.
A flat per-machine desk fee, plus an optional remote bare-metal add-on. See Pricing. We do not have public before/afters yet, so this page does not invent them.
A review is not a charge. If Fillrate cannot beat set-and-forget on that hardware, we will say so.
